Perform a variety of custodial duties in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures for C&W Services.

Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces.
Operate light and heavy floor machines, including buffers and shampoo machines.
Vacuum rugs and spot clean daily, shampooing when directed.
Clean and dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and other surfaces, including periodic high dusting.
Wash windowsills, interior door glass, partition glass, and specified windows.
Wash glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior.
Wash and spot clean interior walls daily.
Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily, including wiping glass surfaces, emptying waste baskets, servicing dispensers, dusting sills, cleaning tile walls, shelves, and stall partitions, and sweeping/mopping/scrubbing floors.
Monitor for defects such as clogged urinals and lights out, and report to supervisors.
Collect building trash daily, place it in approved containers, and move to the designated collection area.
Replace liners in waste baskets and trash containers.
Sweep or shovel snow from steps, walkways, and connecting sidewalks as directed.
Perform periodic tasks such as high dusting, cleaning and polishing leather and wood surfaces, and wall washing.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
Ability to use a portable vacuum cleaner (back pack style).
Requires attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.
