Perform a variety of custodial duties in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures for C&W Services.

Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces.
Operate light and heavy floor machines, including buffers and shampoo machines.
Vacuum rugs and spot clean daily, shampooing when directed.
Clean and dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and all other horizontal surfaces, including periodic high dusting.
Wash windowsills, interior glass doors, partitions, and specified windows.
Wash and spot clean interior walls as appropriate daily.
Clean bathrooms daily, restocking paper supplies and performing standard bathroom cleaning procedures.
Monitor for defects such as clogged urinals and lights out, reporting them to supervisors.
Collect building trash daily, placing it in approved containers for removal.
Replace liners in waste baskets and trash containers.
Sweep or shovel snow from steps and walkways at building entrances.
Perform periodic tasks such as high dusting, leather and wood surface care, polishing, and wall washing.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
Ability to use a portable backpack-style vacuum cleaner.
Requires attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.
