Responsibilities
- Manage calendars for the Chief Accounting Officer, WME Group, the SVP, FP&A and the VP, Treasury, including setting, rescheduling and confirming meetings and conference calls.
- Handle heavy phone detail.
- Arrange travel plans, including purchasing tickets, creating itineraries, and arranging transportation.
- Liaise internally and externally with all levels of personnel, clients, and business associates.
- Update and maintain internal online filing systems.
- File and distribute material.
- Work on special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel.
- Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality with finance matters.
- Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Make decisions with informed discretion.

Education Level
- College degree preferred, but not required.
Salary/Compensations
- $15.75 hourly (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds)
- $21.00 hourly
