We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing Center Health Care team. This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing comprehensive family medicine, working with a diverse & medically complex patient population, and a commitment to providing high-quality and inclusive care.

Responsibilities

Participate in a 1-in-3 rotating call schedule.
Complete clinical documentation and billing requirements within 48 hours of the date of service.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Nursing
NYS Licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Rotating afternoon assignment at our St. Margaret's Center.
