About the Role

Mint People is seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable Bar Supervisors to lead bar teams at exciting events in Guildford and Winchester. This is a 3 or 4-day opportunity, with some roles including event build and break. Accommodation is provided for the duration of the event.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the bar team, ensuring fast, efficient, and high-quality service.
• Maintain clean, organised, and safe bar areas throughout the event.
• Oversee cash handling, till operations, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Manage stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and keep bars fully operational.
• Motivate and supervise your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading busy bar teams.
• Organised, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced event environment.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
