About the Role
EF Academy is seeking an experienced German teacher for the 2026 - 2027 academic year. The role involves teaching, supervising clubs and advisory groups, and performing residential duties.
Responsibilities
- Teach a total of five sections and differentiate instruction for English language learners.
- Supervise two clubs and one advisory group, meeting twice weekly.
- Perform residential duties during the academic year.
- Attend school events.
- Participate in residential life duties including weeknight study hall and weekend supervision if living on campus.
Requirements
- Love teaching and interacting with students beyond the classroom.
- Experience and/or knowledge of the International Baccalaureate and/or Advanced Placement.
- Experience living and working at a boarding school.
- Certification to teach and/or experience teaching Business courses at the high school level.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
