About the Role

Develop and execute pricing strategies to drive profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance long-term value. Analyze customer profiles, sales volumes, and location dynamics to optimize pricing decisions and improve ROIC. Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to build pricing models, assess performance, and lead continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present pricing proposals and solutions for new and existing business.
• Analyze pricing performance, identify gaps, opportunities, and trends, recommending adjustments to improve profitability and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Finance) on pricing initiatives.
• Utilize data and analytical platforms to identify challenges, develop recommendations, and measure success.
• Support change initiatives by leading teams through the adoption of new tools, processes, and reporting systems.
• Lead or support continuous improvement efforts, including Lean analysis, to enhance efficiency and workflow.
• Coach, mentor, and train junior financial analysts.
• Support change management and implementation of new pricing models and tools.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
