About the Role

Precise Tool & Manufacturing Inc. is seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our team. We are a leader in advanced CNC machining and custom manufacturing, supporting industries like aerospace, defense, medical, and energy. Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to set up machines for production.
• Set up jobs according to specifications or work orders.
• Produce required quantities of parts following blueprints and directions.
• Adhere to all safety rules and guidelines for CNC machine operation and guarding.
• Move raw material to the machine area using hand or pallet jack.
• Load material into machines using hand or crane.
• Move machined parts to boxes or pallets using hand or crane.
• Ensure parts meet basic quality standards before transferring to inspection.
• Perform routine CNC machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area.
• Use tools such as hand grinders, files, roto-burrs, and sand cloth to deburr parts.
• Promote and support the requirements and principles of the Precise Quality Management System and AS9100.

Requirements

• Experience with setup and operation on CNC Lathes, CNC Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL), 5-axis CNC Mills, and Large CNC Horizontal Boring Mills.
• Familiarity with Mazatrol controls is a plus.
• Experience with Fanuc controls is required.
• Ability to machine large parts (components up to 12" in diameter) is required.
• Ability to machine oversized or heavy parts (components larger than 12" in diameter) is a plus.
• Must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Green Card Holder.
