About the Role
This position will drive growth and nurture relationships with existing prospects, leading strategic initiatives and forging meaningful connections to position IQEQ as a trusted partner. It offers a blend of leadership, strategy, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships at executive and operational levels with prospects, understanding their structure and goals.
- Develop a clear understanding of the political and business landscape of prospects for optimal engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospect relationships, broadening engagement across C-suite and key decision-makers.
- Ensure alignment with prospect strategic goals, offering tailored solutions and positioning IQEQ as integral to their business model.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to adapt strategies for long-term client retention and growth.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on product functionality and market trends to drive innovation.
- Lead the creation of prospect-specific value propositions that differentiate IQEQ.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke solutions.
- Leverage IQEQ's global network to create a holistic strategy for client engagement.
- Lead cross-functional teams in preparing proposals and presentations showcasing IQEQ's capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless communication and alignment on prospect strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all prospect activities and engagements through the CRM system.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, applied mathematics, or a related field.
- Bring over 5 years of proven success in business development or client relationship roles within financial services, private equity, or asset management.
- Have a strong ability to drive strategic initiatives, understand competitive landscapes, and close high-value deals.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership, financial acumen, and expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Excel in communication, presenting complex ideas clearly, and thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments with a focus on results and innovation.
