About the Role
Drive the transition to clean energy by designing and delivering innovative solar PV and electrical solutions for a diverse range of projects. Apply technical expertise to develop high-performance renewable energy systems, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and guide projects from concept through construction. Make a measurable impact on energy efficiency and decarbonization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate commercial, institutional, and utility-scale solar PV and electrical systems, from feasibility through construction documentation.
- Develop and manage Revit and AutoCAD models, electrical layouts, system calculations, and interdisciplinary coordination to support successful project delivery.
- Partner with clients, utilities, contractors, and internal teams to navigate permitting, interconnection requirements, and construction support.
Requirements
- Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical engineering, building systems design, or solar PV design.
- Proven ability to lead technical coordination, solve complex design challenges, and deliver high-quality renewable energy projects in a collaborative environment.
