About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, well-organized, team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our Buffalo team. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of ownership, a desire to improve those around them, and the ability to plan projects of various sizes and complexities using strong computer skills and ERP system experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and structure manufacturing sequences into an ERP system.
- Develop comprehensive parts and equipment lists to be loaded into an ERP system.
- Assist in evaluating and monitoring project budgets and cost initiatives.
- Interface with customers as needed.
- Work with other departments to plan and organize parts and equipment.
- Monitor adherence to all company policies including safety and ISO Standards.
Requirements
- Experience and/or knowledge of welding and fabrication.
- Experience in an environment that fabricates custom equipment and industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning.
