About the Role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage End-User & SaaS Support, Networking & Infrastructure, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape IT Support as we scale and relocate an office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for Google Workspace and Microsoft (PC/Mac) environments.
  • Administer and troubleshoot core SaaS applications, managing user access and licensing.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across Windows and Mac platforms.
  • Manage user lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and account provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Deliver in-office, hands-on IT support and remote support for distributed employees.
  • Manage incidents through their full lifecycle: triage, troubleshooting, resolution, and documentation.
  • Support and troubleshoot office networking, including wired and wireless connectivity.
  • Maintain core IT infrastructure and endpoint hardware.
  • Support Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams for meetings and collaboration.
  • Provide in-office AV support, including conference room setup and troubleshooting.
  • Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through completion.
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable background checks, where permitted by law.

Skills

  • Strong foundational IT skills across Google Workspace and Microsoft (PC/Mac) administration
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals
  • Experience administering SaaS platforms
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfortable supporting video conferencing (Zoom/Google Meet/Teams) and in-office AV
  • Fast learner, able to make quick decisions and keep pace at a fast-moving tech company
