About the Role
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage End-User & SaaS Support, Networking & Infrastructure, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape IT Support as we scale and relocate an office.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for Google Workspace and Microsoft (PC/Mac) environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot core SaaS applications, managing user access and licensing.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across Windows and Mac platforms.
- Manage user lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and account provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Deliver in-office, hands-on IT support and remote support for distributed employees.
- Manage incidents through their full lifecycle: triage, troubleshooting, resolution, and documentation.
- Support and troubleshoot office networking, including wired and wireless connectivity.
- Maintain core IT infrastructure and endpoint hardware.
- Support Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams for meetings and collaboration.
- Provide in-office AV support, including conference room setup and troubleshooting.
- Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through completion.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Skills
- Strong foundational IT skills across Google Workspace and Microsoft (PC/Mac) administration
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Experience administering SaaS platforms
- Strong project management skills
- Comfortable supporting video conferencing (Zoom/Google Meet/Teams) and in-office AV
- Fast learner, able to make quick decisions and keep pace at a fast-moving tech company
