About the Role

This position is responsible for owning and executing variable tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes within a single store. The role also involves supporting merchandise assembly and maintaining signage, while interacting with customers and providing legendary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet the Customer, Uncover the Customers’ needs, Recommend products, and Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments with little to no assistance.
• Ability to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills.
