About the Role
The Kraft Heinz Internship Program is a 15-week leadership development program designed for high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals ready to lead the future of food and beverage. Interns will gain an understanding of the business and industry, collaborate across departments, and develop leadership skills through project work, executive sessions, and a group business challenge. Based on performance, there is an opportunity to return in future programs.
Responsibilities
- Complete a summer project exploring new business opportunities and unlocking creative solutions.
- Participate in weekly sessions to learn about company values, leadership development, and early career skills.
- Engage in a group business challenge to research insights and uncover opportunities.
- Meet with CEO, North America President, Chief People Officer, and other senior executives.
- Receive mentorship from previous Trainees and business leadership.
- Participate in curated learning experiences for leadership growth and cultural ambassadorship.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree with anticipated graduation between December 1, 2027 and June 30, 2029.
- Innovative thinkers and problem solvers.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and take leadership opportunities.
- Passion for company values and the future of brands.
- Ability to lead through challenges and simplify complex concepts.
- Must have valid work authorization independently obtained.
- Unable to offer sponsorship for this role now or in the future.
