About the Role
The Kraft Heinz Trainee Program is a ten-month leadership development program designed to grow future leaders of Kraft Heinz. It offers immersive onboarding, project rotations, leadership development, and placement into a full-time role upon completion. Trainees will gain business understanding, collaborate across departments, and develop leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Participate in two-to-four weeks of immersive onboarding.
- Complete two 4-month project rotations to bring creative solutions across the business.
- Engage in one week of leadership development rooted in WIN leadership principles.
- Attend one week of celebration and professional development.
- Collaborate with Trainees from other countries, including USA, UK, Netherlands, and Brazil.
- Meet with CEO, North America President, Chief People Officer, and other senior executives.
- Receive mentorship from previous trainees and business leadership.
- Participate in curated learning experiences.
- Work on projects that propel brands forward, such as exploring emerging opportunities for Gen Z, digitally revolutionizing supply chain tracking, and developing new packaging for ESG goals.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree with anticipated graduation between December 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027.
