About the Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring contract deliverables and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met. This role serves as a resource for field personnel, upholds company core values, and acts as the primary point of contact for clients regarding performance, staffing, and billing issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships.
- Ensure contract deliverables are met.
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Serve as a resource for field personnel supporting the contract(s).
- Ensure company core values are adhered to.
- Work closely with Facility Site Supervisors.
- Act as the primary Point of Contact for the client for resolution of issues related to performance of work, staffing and billing.
- Address requests for additional support in a timely manner.
- Hold regular safety meetings with staff.
- Delegate work assignments, matching responsibility to the person.
- Give authority to work independently.
- Set expectations and monitor delegated activities.
- Provide recognition for results.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Five (5) years’ experience working as a Facilities Coordinator or Superintendent.
- Industry recognized experience, training or certification in Facilities Management desired.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, as well as other applications as needed.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- At the time of hire, employees will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility.
