About the Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring contract deliverables and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met. This role serves as a resource for field personnel, upholds company core values, and acts as the primary point of contact for clients regarding performance, staffing, and billing issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships.
  • Ensure contract deliverables are met.
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Serve as a resource for field personnel supporting the contract(s).
  • Ensure company core values are adhered to.
  • Work closely with Facility Site Supervisors.
  • Act as the primary Point of Contact for the client for resolution of issues related to performance of work, staffing and billing.
  • Address requests for additional support in a timely manner.
  • Hold regular safety meetings with staff.
  • Delegate work assignments, matching responsibility to the person.
  • Give authority to work independently.
  • Set expectations and monitor delegated activities.
  • Provide recognition for results.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Five (5) years’ experience working as a Facilities Coordinator or Superintendent.
  • Industry recognized experience, training or certification in Facilities Management desired.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, as well as other applications as needed.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • At the time of hire, employees will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility.
