About the Role

KLA is a global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. The SensArray division provides in situ processing measurement and control solutions for the semiconductor industry, ensuring high yields and enabling cost-effective manufacturing. This role supports customer R&D and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) with in-situ thermal process control and enables Automated Process Control (APC) for process optimization and yield improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer-facing activities including product demonstrations, evaluation planning and execution, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical support for SensArray products at customer sites and remote engagements.
  • Develop application methodologies for etch, deposition, lithography, wafer handling, Factory Automation, and Advanced Packaging.
  • Analyze process and equipment performance data and present recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain high uptime of SensArray metrology Tools through technical debug and support.
  • Interface with Engineering, Advanced Development, SW, FW, Ops, and Manufacturing to provide a customer-first experience.
  • Develop and maintain customer presentations and product overview materials.
  • Develop and maintain application notes and technical documentation.
  • Develop and publish white papers, publications, and Product Spec sheets.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Semiconductor Process Experience or inside a Semiconductor Fab.
  • 3+ years in Semiconductor Capital Equipment industry or inside a Semiconductor Fab.
  • Understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing process: Etch, CVD/PVD/ALD, CMP, or lithography.
  • Familiarity with Process and Metrology concepts.
  • Hands-on Experience with AI - Building agents/Skills.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Program Management.
  • Experience in Advanced Packaging.
  • Experience in Semiconductor Metrology.
  • High Ownership & responsiveness.
  • Customer-focused mindset with high responsiveness.
  • Ability to operate in global, cross-cultural environments.
  • Ability to convey complex technical material to simple, easy to understand bite sized information.
  • Good Presentation skills - Both verbal and written.
  • Team Player.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor processing technologies, including one or more of: CVD/ALD/PVD, Plasma etch, Thermal processing, Wafer handling and automation, Advanced packaging.

  • Degree must be in a technical background in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related technical discipline.

Salary/Compensations

  • $102,000.00 - $173,400.00 Annually
