About the Role
This program aims to develop RN-to-BSN students into well-rounded healthcare professionals by providing specialized online training, patient interaction, EMR visibility, and a unique work setting. Preceptors are passionate experts in case management, offering an outstanding educational experience.
Responsibilities
- Gain practical education including health assessments, customer care, insurance procedures, and use of evidence-based guidelines.
- Gain exposure to the case management care model of service delivery.
- Gain an understanding of how a corporation relates to and supports the advancement of clinical practice.
- Gain experience through a variety of clinical rotation locations and schedules.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an RN-to-BSN program partnered with CVS Health.
- Must have an Associate’s Degree (ADN) in Nursing.
- Must have at least one year of experience as an RN.
- Must have an RN license in the state of precepting.
- Must have a driver's license and personal transportation.
- Must have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to the first day of clinicals.
- Must attest to vaccination status or apply for a reasonable accommodation within the first 10 days.
