About the Role

We are seeking a warm, caring, and experienced Nursery Assistant to join our supportive team at Monkey Puzzle Ealing. Our vision is to inspire change through excellence in childcare, creating a positive impact for generations to come.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of care and education to meet individual child needs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain positive working relationships with the team, parents, and carers.
• Report issues of concern to a senior team member.

• Utilize good verbal and written communication skills with adults and children.

Requirements

• GCSE grades 5-9/A-C.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of children through knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
• Appropriate behavior management skills.
• Participate in child observations and assessments with an understanding of child development.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 (preferred).
• FGM knowledge (preferred).
• Safeguarding knowledge (preferred).
• Paediatric First Aid certification (preferred).
• Appropriate level of criminal record Disclosure and Barred check required.
• Provide details of all unspent convictions.
