Responsibilities

• Team working within a family feel nursery environment.
• Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through knowledge of safeguarding processes.
• Supporting nursery staff to deliver outstanding childcare.
• Maintaining strong communication with adults and children.
• Reporting issues of concern to senior team members or relevant services.
• Partnering with parents and stakeholders to ensure children thrive.
• Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
• Keeping the nursery environment clean and tidy, including hygiene of bathrooms and nappy change areas, and laundry care.
• Supporting the wider team during mealtimes.
• Ensuring all products used are stored safely and are suitable for nursery use.
• Upholding health and safety requirements at all times.

Requirements

• Experience in the cleaning industry with an emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene.
• Experience using cleaning products and equipment.
• Understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Good command of English.
