About the Role

Join our caring, welcoming and supportive team at Monkey Puzzle Woodford as a Qualified Bank Nursery Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Team working to foster a happy nursery environment.
  • Ensuring child safety and welfare through knowledge of safeguarding processes.
  • Implementing the EYFS with an understanding of child development.
  • Supporting nursery staff to deliver outstanding childcare.
  • Communicating effectively with adults and children.
  • Reporting concerns to senior team members or relevant services.
  • Partnering with parents and stakeholders to ensure child development.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
  • Demonstrating creativity and an inspirational attitude.

Requirements

  • Minimum full and relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification.
  • Paediatric First Aid (nice to have).
  • Basic Safeguarding (nice to have).
