This role provides essential administrative support for LawIRL projects and CityCLAC, ensuring efficient service for students, volunteer lawyers, staff, clients, and external partners. It contributes to the smooth delivery of programs that support student development and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage enquiries
- Maintain confidential records and case management systems
- Coordinate appointments and events
- Support student opportunities
- Monitor deadlines
- Interact with members of the public and community organisations
- Contribute to the smooth delivery of programmes that support student development and community engagement
Requirements
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a busy office environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Work Type
- In-person (approx. 30 weeks/year)
- Work from home one day a week (in term time)
- Work from home all week (when CityCLAC is closed)
- Evening work (max one evening/week in term time)
- Saturday work (three times a year for student training)
