About the Role

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a driven Market Closer who is already a trusted name in the Brooklyn, NY healthcare community. This role offers the opportunity to own your territory, lead with integrity, and grow with a supportive team. Responsibilities

  • Own the entire full-cycle sales process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.
  • Identify high-value targets and build your market expansion strategy.
  • Articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and administrators.
  • Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.
  • Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to a strategy that lifts everyone.

Requirements

  • 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care.
  • Deep SNF fluency, understanding facility operations and decision-making processes.
  • A team-first mindset with the drive to perform independently.
  • Unwavering integrity.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4–5 days travel per week).
