About the Role
P. Terry's is seeking talented Managers/Shift Leaders committed to providing a best-in-class guest experience. We are looking for leaders who are crew member focused, passionate about serving high-quality food and drinks, and thrive in a high-energy, high-volume restaurant environment. This role requires the ability to lead in both the Back of the House (BOH) and Front of the House (FOH).
Responsibilities
- Manage shift lengths of 6-8 hours.
- Set up the stand, including stocking stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling, and food safety checks.
- Count inventory.
- Perform deposits and count drawers.
- Ensure all positions are cleaned and closed down.
- Secure the stand at closing.
- Assume responsibility for the stand in the absence of the General Manager.
- Support the team and assist where needed.
- Foster a positive and proactive atmosphere, encouraging teamwork.
- Prioritize excellent customer service, treating guests like family.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
Requirements
- Availability for day and/or night shifts based on business needs.
- ServSafe certification (assistance provided if needed).
- 1 year of restaurant experience.
- Ability to promote teamwork and support staff development.
- Ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
- Ability to lift, reach, and bend for product handling.
