About the Role

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Dispatcher for their main office in Rochester, NY. The dispatcher will interact directly with customers and service technicians, ensuring high standards of customer service and facilitating prompt and accurate service. This position requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Commercial HVAC service technicians efficiently and accurately utilizing various technology, including GPS, Service Titan, phone systems, and more
• Resolve scheduling issues and customer complaints
• Continually update service writers with the availability of dates and time frames
• Implement reschedules and limit the number of calls when necessary
• Schedule technician training
• Absorb and utilize industry technical knowledge
• Manage and document technician sick days and vacation requests
• Assist in covering branches and commercial dispatching
• Schedule vehicle repairs and oil changes
• Perform dispatching duties for partner companies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 or more years of customer service experience required
• Prior dispatch experience is preferred but not required
