About the Role
The Assistant Clinical Operations Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the clinic, manage daily operational and administrative activities, and ensure the overall operational and budgetary success of the site clinic. This role plays an essential part in taking direction from the Site Operations Manager to ensure the clinic delivers high-quality results efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and conduct.
- Strictly adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Build and engage clinic teams to promote teamwork and a cohesive environment.
- Implement productivity metrics for clinic personnel and departments.
- Work closely with the Clinical Operations Manager.
- Ensure SOPs, policies, and study protocols are enforced.
- Maintain and audit quality control of research studies, documentation, and outcomes.
- Maintain and audit site regulatory files.
- Audit study e-source documentation to comply with study protocols.
- Collect A/E and SAE.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in healthcare or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in clinical research.
- 3 years of experience working as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
- 5 years of experience in managing teams.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and conflict resolution.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FDA, GCP, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to constantly prioritize multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
- Comfortable with a rapid-growth company.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions, regulations, protocols, and procedures.
- Ability to write reports and correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, physicians, and patients.
- Ability to analyze figures and amounts such as laboratory test results, statistical data, and employee timecard calculations.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
