About the Role
Lead on-site tent installations across New England, transforming empty spaces into spectacular event venues. You will manage field crews, solve real-time challenges, and ensure all installations are flawless, safe, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate, and mentor onsite installation and removal teams
- Ensure all equipment is installed safely, beautifully, and on schedule
- Verify accuracy by checking warehouse loads before departure against project paperwork
- Oversee proper usage of company tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Maintain accurate onsite paperwork and log any project changes
- Inspect fabric and structures for quality; report any damages
- Maintain a high-energy, positive, and accountable team atmosphere
- Partner with management to build smart tactical plans for complex builds
Requirements
- Proven ability to direct crews and hold teams accountable
- Previous tent installation experience
- Must be able to pass a drug test if operating company vehicle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work nontraditional hours (early morning, nights, weekends)
- Construction experience
- Ability to motivate crew and encourage teamwork
