About the Role

Service Professionals are responsible for hands-on customer care, troubleshooting, servicing, inspecting, installing, and repairing industrial equipment. This role involves regular vehicle travel to customer sites, maintaining work orders digitally and on paper, and ensuring safety and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, service, inspect, install, and repair industrial equipment.
  • Maintain work orders on paper and digitally.
  • Regularly operate a vehicle to visit customer sites.
  • Maintain safety and OSHA compliance for the Company.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to repair industrial facilities, including doors, loading docks, and dock-levelers.
  • Ability or a desire to learn welding, steel fabrication, and electrical.
  • Hydraulic and Pneumatics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think through complex situations critically.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, with nights, weekends, and Holidays.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
  • A clean driving record.
  • A valid Driver’s License for the state of employment.
