About the Role

As a Retail Assistant in Sephora, you are a Beauty Advisor fundamental to the store team, inspiring and helping customers become the best version of themselves. You will have the opportunity to work across all departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness. You will be equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers to help customers discover Sephora's amazing offerings. Responsibilities

Create an amazing customer experience by providing a welcoming environment to listen and embrace their unique needs.
Observe new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
Help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program.
Expand knowledge of iconic brands to share with and learn from the team.
Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
Share knowledge with the team of Beauty Advisors and Sephora customers.

Requirements

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
Ability to provide 3 full days of availability across key trading times, including late-night and weekend availability.
