About the Role
ARCUS Planung + Beratung is seeking a BIM CAD Designer for plant engineering, focusing on 3D mechanics and electrical engineering. You will work on innovative projects within an international team in Berlin-Mitte, contributing to the development of future technologies and plant engineering.
Responsibilities
- Model mechanical or electrical engineering plants using CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit, Plant 3D, and Inventor.
- Conceptually plan plant layouts in 2D and 3D models.
- Create manufacturing and detail drawings based on schematics.
- Utilize CAD software to generate material lists and extracts.
- Create isometric representations of piping systems/cable trays, including necessary support structures.
Requirements
- Completed training as a state-certified technician or a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Process Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD and Revit.
- High sense of responsibility for technical and scheduling matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
- Experience is desirable but not a strict exclusion criterion.
