About the Role

Support the delivery of non-clinical quality assurance activities across our clinical network, ensuring compliance with agreed standards, policies and processes. Conduct audits, review data and records, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality audits against agreed standards, policies and processes across the clinical network.
  • Review non-clinical data and records, identifying discrepancies, omissions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce accurate audit reports and provide clear, constructive feedback to therapists based on audit findings.
  • Monitor quality trends and escalate risks, concerns or significant findings where appropriate.
  • Support quality improvement projects and promote best practice, compliance and effective record keeping across the network.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review information against established standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and identify discrepancies or areas of concern.
