About the Role
This role is pivotal in connecting students and graduates with opportunities, services, and support through Arden University's Careers, Employability, Enterprise and Alumni team. You will create and deliver engaging campaigns and communications to inspire participation, increase awareness, and strengthen engagement across diverse student and alumni communities.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver engaging campaigns and communications.
- Develop compelling content for social media, newsletters, webpages, and community platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated campaigns promoting events, employability initiatives, enterprise opportunities, and alumni activities.
- Support live events through content capture and promotional activity.
- Maintain key digital platforms, including Always Arden.
- Use engagement insights to enhance campaign and communication effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience delivering campaigns, communications, or engagement activities that drive audience participation.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt tone and approach for different channels.
- Creative mindset combined with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using digital platforms, social media, and email communications.
- Confidence to capture content in live environments and support event promotion.
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Comfort using data and digital insights to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
- Enthusiasm for creating meaningful connections with students and graduates.
- Fresh ideas, energy, and a customer-focused approach.
- Must submit a cover letter addressing motivation, suitability, and interest in Arden University and the team.
