About the Role

You make an engineering organization smarter, faster, and more honest by discovering what the data reveals, building the systems that make it visible, and framing the narrative that drives action. You sit at the intersection of engineering, business, and leadership, addressing strategic questions and building the answers through dashboards, models, queries, and analysis, then framing a compelling narrative to drive leadership action.

Responsibilities

  • Author executive communications, business reviews, and strategy recommendations.
  • Synthesize data, context, and judgment into clear, compelling cases.
  • Perform capacity analysis, delivery forecasting, and allocation modeling.
  • Flag when the math doesn't work and drive hard conversations.
  • Help the team understand AI adoption by defining metrics, building tracking, and analyzing AI's impact.
  • Create the playbook for AI adoption in engineering operations.
  • Design operating systems such as release criteria, prioritization frameworks, triage cadences, and financial tracking.
  • Automate manual and repetitive tasks.
  • Drive outcomes across teams and influence without authority.

Requirements

  • Senior TPM-level leadership experience.
  • Hands-on data fluency, including building dashboards, writing complex queries, and designing metrics frameworks.
  • Engineering operations experience, including release management, capacity planning, delivery forecasting, or engineering metrics.
  • Experience with strategic communication, including executive narratives that synthesized data and judgment.
  • Technical grounding in CI/CD, release processes, quality engineering, and SDLC.
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or high-availability environments is preferred.
  • Comfort with AI-assisted development workflows or strong curiosity to learn is preferred.
