About the Role

The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervisory support, reviews and approves admissions documentation, and carries a moderate caseload. This role involves providing therapy to clients with histories of criminal justice involvement and may include telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical support to Treatment Services staff members.
• Oversee a team of clinical staff, including weekly individual supervision, supporting professional development, completing evaluations, and addressing performance issues.
• Facilitate bi-weekly Treatment Services multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings.
• Review and co-sign Treatment Services admission documentation.
• Review and co-sign treatment plans for TS clients.
• Review and approve court reports.
• Support Behavioral Health leadership in meeting contract deliverables.
• Collaborate on group curriculum development and implementation.
• Conduct initial client assessments and intakes.
• Conduct psychosocial interviews.
• Develop a therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Provide ongoing individual counseling and weekly group counseling.
• Write and update individual client-based, goal-orientated treatment plans.
• Maintain proper case records with all case notes completed within 48 hours.
• Maintain ongoing clinical communication with supervisor.
• Communicate with other Fortune staff members regarding shared clients.
• Provide linkages to outside agencies for additional services.
• Assist in the start-up and implementation of new programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• LCSW required.
• Minimum of three years overall clinical experience required.
• Ability to work remotely via Microsoft Teams in a quiet, private home-office location on select days.
• Excellent client-engagement and counseling skills.
• Excellent clinical documentation and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in electronic health records.
• Relevant personal experience is a plus.
