About the Role
The Sales Associate is a training position leading to a Community Sales Consultant role, responsible for selling new construction homes in designated communities.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet all prospective customers.
- Demonstrate model homes, providing information on features and benefits.
- Provide information regarding the community and surrounding area.
- Assist customers with selection of home site, house plan, and structural options.
- Pre-qualify customers and complete contract worksheets.
- Prepare contracts, addenda, and color selections accurately.
- Assist customers with loan applications and obtain deposits.
- Participate in meetings with the production team to ensure smooth building process.
- Follow up on loans, contingent contracts, re-sale listings, and homeowners after settlement.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Successfully pass the Sales Consultant Training Program Milestones.
Requirements
- A Real Estate License is required in certain states before selling new homes.
- Must have a valid state driver's license for business travel.
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite.
