About the Role

As a Part-Time Security Guard Access Control Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and support access control. Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading docks, and perimeter areas to identify unusual activity or property concerns.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

Possess 2+ years of security-related experience.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
