- Support financial close, reconciliation, variance analysis, and forecasting processes.

- Conduct market and industry research to identify market trends, customer demand patterns, and margin expansion opportunities.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and summary reports to inform corporate strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial modeling, and market research.
- Proven ability to drive data-informed decision-making by leveraging analytics, dashboards, and metrics to monitor program health, identify risks quickly, and present strategic recommendations.
- Skills in managing multiple deliverables in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and G-Suite.
