About the Role

As an On-Call Network Team Associate, you will serve as a key ambassador of the Rapport brand, providing high-level guest services and front-of-house support across multiple client sites throughout New York City. This mobile role requires flexibility and adaptability as you travel to various locations to deliver seamless, on-site coverage. You will be the first point of contact for clients, guests, recruits, and employees, creating a warm and welcoming environment while ensuring a secure and professional experience.

Responsibilities

Answers telephone calls and directs callers to appropriate associates.
Takes and retrieves messages.
Provides callers with general information, including company address, directions, and other related information.
Greets and directs visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Uses intercom/voicemail system to announce appointments and calls.
Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
Coordinates the pickup and delivery of packages and mail.
Opens and closes visitor area.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
