About the Role
We are looking for two entry-level apprentices to join our Data team at Bauer. These roles are ideal for individuals starting their careers, whether leaving school or college, changing career paths, or simply possessing a natural curiosity for problem-solving and understanding how things work. The key is a positive attitude: curiosity, eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and a proactive approach. You will receive support from experienced team members, dedicated learning time, and encouragement for step-by-step skill development.
Responsibilities
- Organising team catch-ups
- Helping the team keep track of tasks
- Making sure updates are shared clearly
- Spotting when something is blocking progress
- Supporting the team to work in a calm and organised way
- Learning how projects move from an idea to something that gets delivered
- Collecting, cleaning, and exploring data
- Using data to answer questions or spot patterns
- Creating reports or dashboards
- Looking at data in spreadsheets
- Learning basic coding or data tools
- Helping build reports and dashboards
- Turning numbers into clear charts or summaries
- Asking teams what information they need
- Exploring data to find useful insights
Requirements
- No previous professional experience required
- Interest in data, technology, or how teams get things done is helpful for the Scrum Master role
- Enjoyment of working with numbers, solving puzzles, spotting patterns, or asking analytical questions is suitable for the Data Analyst role
- Experience with Excel, basic coding, or logical thinking is a great starting point for the Data Analyst role
