About the Role

We are looking for two entry-level apprentices to join our Data team at Bauer. These roles are ideal for individuals starting their careers, whether leaving school or college, changing career paths, or simply possessing a natural curiosity for problem-solving and understanding how things work. The key is a positive attitude: curiosity, eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and a proactive approach. You will receive support from experienced team members, dedicated learning time, and encouragement for step-by-step skill development.

Responsibilities

Organising team catch-ups
Helping the team keep track of tasks
Making sure updates are shared clearly
Spotting when something is blocking progress
Supporting the team to work in a calm and organised way
Learning how projects move from an idea to something that gets delivered
Collecting, cleaning, and exploring data
Using data to answer questions or spot patterns
Creating reports or dashboards
Looking at data in spreadsheets
Learning basic coding or data tools
Helping build reports and dashboards
Turning numbers into clear charts or summaries
Asking teams what information they need
Exploring data to find useful insights

Requirements

No previous professional experience required
Interest in data, technology, or how teams get things done is helpful for the Scrum Master role
Enjoyment of working with numbers, solving puzzles, spotting patterns, or asking analytical questions is suitable for the Data Analyst role
Experience with Excel, basic coding, or logical thinking is a great starting point for the Data Analyst role
