Coordinate workplace projects, contracts, suppliers, and property operations, ensuring critical initiatives stay on track and stakeholders have the information they need to make decisions. Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of workplace projects, including office relocations, refurbishments, fit-outs, sustainability initiatives, and workplace improvement programs.
- Own project coordination, keeping plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications moving forward to achieve successful outcomes.
- Lead contract administration activities, track supplier performance, and ensure commercial commitments, renewals, and procurement deadlines are met.
- Deliver accurate property, lease, compliance, and financial reporting that supports informed business decisions and strong operational governance.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating projects within workplace, facilities management, property, real estate, or corporate services environments.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems under pressure, and deliver results against demanding deadlines.
- Strong understanding of supplier management, contract administration, and procurement processes within a commercial environment.
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with budgets, governance documentation, and performance data.
