About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Provider, you will provide psychiatric healthcare services, including mental health evaluations, treatment plan development, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric healthcare services
- Conduct initial mental health evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Perform medication management
- Provide supportive psychotherapy
- Use a measurement-based care approach to track outcomes
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date electronic health records
Requirements
- Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of [pull in state of job posting]
- Active DEA license
- Active CDS (Illinois Providers only)
- Passion for high-quality care
- Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Proficiency in using an EMR system
