About the Role

The Global Head of Client Strategy & Growth, Property Management, is responsible for driving revenue growth for the Property Management (PM) platform with clients across all industries worldwide. This position oversees three regional leaders in EMEA, Americas, and APAC, each responsible for executing the global strategy within their respective markets.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deploy strategic goals across EMEA, Americas, and APAC regions in partnership with the global leadership team.
  • Lead and manage three regional leaders, providing strategic direction while enabling regional autonomy.
  • Establish global standards, processes, and best practices, allowing for regional customization.
  • Drive consistent global messaging and solution positioning across all regions.
  • Champion the "One JLL" approach by fostering collaboration with Capital Markets, Brokerage, and PDS teams globally.
  • Develop integrated go-to-market strategies that leverage JLL's full capabilities.
  • Create cross-referral programs and joint pursuit strategies with Capital Markets and Brokerage teams.
  • Partner with PDS leaders to identify opportunities where PM solutions can enhance development and investment strategies.
  • Establish regular collaboration forums and joint planning sessions across service lines.
  • Identify and develop strong rosters of prospects globally and robust pipelines of targets.
  • Exceed annual global revenue quotas while meeting target margins across all regions.
  • Lead global account strategies for multinational clients across multiple regions.
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives that position PM as a natural extension of PDS, Capital Markets transactions, and Brokerage relationships.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of JLL's global capabilities to meet diverse client needs.
  • Lead global client pursuit teams to develop, sell, and contract comprehensive solutions.
  • Oversee contract negotiations with support from global legal teams.
  • Ensure cultural sensitivity and local market compliance in all client engagements.
  • Maintain accurate global sales reporting information in Salesforce.
  • Implement shared CRM practices that enable effective collaboration on client opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to demonstrate expertise and leadership within international industry organizations.
  • Collaborate with Markets and JLL Technologies colleagues globally and other PM team members.
  • Manage local teams, achieve regional revenue targets, and foster strong partnerships with regional Capital Markets, Brokerage, and PDS teams.

Requirements

  • 20+ years proven experience as a sales executive or role requiring outstanding business development and leadership skills with international scope.
  • Demonstrated success leading global teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Experience managing regional leaders and balancing global strategy with local execution.
  • Track record of building and scaling international sales operations.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple business lines or service divisions to drive integrated growth.
  • Proven capabilities in developing solutions for global, Fortune 500 companies with expertise in outsourcing solutions (preferably in commercial real estate).
  • Deep understanding of international commercial real estate markets and regulatory environments, including Capital Markets, Brokerage, and development sectors.
  • Experience with cross-border transactions and multinational client servicing across various real estate service lines.
  • Knowledge of regional market dynamics across EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
  • Understanding of how different real estate services complement each other in comprehensive client solutions.
  • Exceptional ability to develop opportunities and close deals on a global scale, with experience in cross-selling and integrated solution development.
  • Delivered successful selling outcomes using structured sales processes.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-regional sales cycles with diverse stakeholder groups and multiple service line integration.
  • Extensive career experience in real estate operations and/or outsourcing account relationship management strongly preferred.
  • Track record of successful collaboration with investment, leasing, and development professionals.
  • Successful track record of achieving immediate credibility across diverse cultural contexts; presenting varying ideas to create value and challenge the status quo globally.
  • Ability to think quickly, listen well, and understand how to react and modify approach with international clients and key influencers.
  • Dedicated to exceeding clients' expectations globally, ensuring excellence in delivery through integrated solutions and win/win outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree plus broad international business experience acquired through previous work experience.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
