About the Role

Inspire fundraisers connect with, laugh with and uplift the lives of our client's donors. Their work goes beyond raising funds for some of the world's most worthwhile causes; it's about creating a human connection with every donor. They enjoy being able to deliver world-class results autonomously, while representing great causes and being part of a passionate team.

Responsibilities

• Find new child sponsors
• Welcome new donors
• Renew event participants
• Invite donors to give monthly
• Thank, connect, engage and inspire donors
• Look for creative new ways to delight on every call
• Connect with, laugh with and uplift the lives of our client's donors
• Raise funds for important causes

Requirements

• Availability to work 1:00pm to 10:00pm Mon -Thu and 10:00am to 7:00pm Fri (EST)
• Looking for full-time hours, 40 hours a week
• Technically savvy and self-reliant
• A minimum of 2 years’ customer service and call center experience
• Availability to work occasional Saturday shifts (10:00am to 5:00pm)
• Love talking to people and are a great communicator
• A professional work from home office space
• High-speed cabled internet connection (min of 25 mbps down/5 mbps up)
• A USB headset and webcam
• A newer-version Windows PC or laptop computer (Apple or Mac are not supported)
