About the Role
As a Core Operations Reference Data Senior Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data supporting investment and operational processes. You will manage critical reference data, solve complex data challenges, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage critical reference data across domains such as securities, issuers, credit ratings, industry classifications and investment analytics data.
- Solve complex data challenges.

- Work overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a relevant field of study.
- Strong knowledge and a minimum of 2 years' experience in securities, mutual funds, financial markets, and investment products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Experience with Aladdin Security Master, Bloomberg, and/or other leading Enterprise Data Management platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations, create clarity, and drive towards effective outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk and enhance operational efficiency.
- Effective communication with stakeholders and ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
- Thrive in team settings, ask thoughtful questions, share ideas and perspectives, and contribute positively to collective outcomes.
- Highly detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
