About the Role
The CS Quality and Excellence team supports all local US sites operationally and Intel sites worldwide for customer quality engagement. This team defines and drives the quality improvement roadmap for the US region, focusing on four main pillars: Customer Quality, Service Quality Engineering, Service Quality Excellence, and Logistics Quality.
Responsibilities
- Support local CS teams with quality disturbances encountered in operations.
- Participate in daily disturbance review meetings to analyze quality issues.
- Define and implement corrective actions for quality disturbances.
- Drive structural follow-up for disturbances requiring upstream solutions.
- Collaborate with local service and/or UIR teams.
- Support RCA, 5xWhy, and 8D processes for technical and non-technical issues.
- Support local operations with follow-up on workmanship events.
- Take ownership for DOA intake to ensure proper material return standards.
- Track and ensure DOAs are driven to closure by the Central Quality Team.
- Develop and implement best-known-methods for optimized site-to-site performance.
- Improve service mix and structural issue documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement towards ASML’s performance and quality KPI targets.
- Collaborate with DOA and NMQ Program Managers.
- Provide understanding of DOA and NMQ hits.
- Support program managers in defining systematic/common root causes.
- Drive the quality mindset and training within the US region.
- Define and drive activities to increase CS engineers' awareness and quality mindset.
- Support the definition and push for Quality training.
- Perform GEMBAs with local teams to focus on Quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience in Professional Field Service Operations.
- Experience in Quality engineering.
- EUV, DUV and/or APPS experience required.
- Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology prior to beginning work.
