About the Role
International Programs Group (IPG) is seeking a full-time Financial Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining various financial functions including trust account maintenance, reconciliations, trust funding assessments, fund allocation, and revenue collection.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring prompt, accurate application of incoming funds to funds held in client trust accounts
- Following up and collection of unrecovered receivables
- Analyzing loss funds for adequacy
- Assisting with payment release process to ensure KPIs are met
- Other financial related tasks and responsibilities, as required
Requirements
- Strong technical skills, solid performance, planning, and organizational abilities
- Ability to understand key issues and provide solid solutions
- Highly motivated and excited by the challenges of a rapidly growing organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, delivering results with clarity and accuracy
- Results-oriented while maintaining a high regard for thoroughness and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet immediate needs of the team or customers
