About the Role

The Greenbush YMCA is seeking a Full-Time Property Director to supervise all members of the facility’s property department. This role directs the maintenance, cleaning, and improvement operations of the branch facilities and vehicles, including preventative maintenance and related administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all members of the facility’s property department.
• Directs the maintenance, cleaning, and improvement operations of the branch facilities and vehicles.
• Manages preventative maintenance.
• Handles related administrative duties including payroll and budgets.

Requirements

• Two year degree in a mechanical, electrical, plumbing OR HVAC discipline OR HS degree/GED with 3-5 years’ experience in cleaning and building trades.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
