About the Role
As an innovative transformation consultant, you will combine strategic, creative, and scientific skills to develop future-oriented solutions for clients. This role offers practical experience in IT management consulting, providing insights into the company and supporting the team with diverse tasks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on interdisciplinary Data & AI projects with clients, remotely or in Capgemini Offices.
- Support the conception, development, and implementation of data and AI-based solutions with measurable business impact.
- Independently take ownership of sub-projects and participate throughout the entire project and solution lifecycle.
- Conduct data analyses, develop (Generative) AI Use Cases, and prepare workshops, client meetings, and presentations.
Requirements
- Advanced studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable field with excellent academic performance.
- Good knowledge in at least 2-3 areas such as Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Visualization, AI/Machine Learning, Generative AI, Programming (Python/SQL), or Cloud Technologies.
- Strong interest in data-driven questions, innovative AI applications, and collaboration with clients and project teams.
- Analytical, independent, and structured way of working.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
