About the Role
Teads is searching for a Staff Tax Accountant to join the Tax Team. This role will be exposed to US (federal & state) corporate income tax compliance, quarterly and year-end financial reporting, and indirect tax compliance. The role also offers opportunities in post-merger integration and tax planning.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax is required
- CPA is preferred
- 1-2 year(s) of tax compliance/accounting experience
- Public accounting and corporate tax experience is a plus
- Experience with NetSuite ERP system
- Experience with OneSource tax provision software
- Exposure to embedding AI tools (Gemini, Claude, GPT) in daily work
- Exposure to tax provisions for financial reporting
- Exposure to digital media & digital advertising

- Ability to efficiently gather and analyze data for the Federal and State corporate income tax return filings
- Strong foundational knowledge of core accounting principles, including debits, credits, and general ledger journal entries
- Exposure to tax accounting concepts, including book-to-tax adjustments and calculating deferred tax assets and liabilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
