About the Role
Join our vibrant In Room Dining team at W London, located in the heart of Soho. This role is central to providing guests with exceptional service and memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily In Room Dining operations, including taking phone orders and delivering them to guest rooms.
- Replenish Mix Bars (mini bars) with the correct items.
- Collect In Room Dining trolleys in a timely manner.
- Act as an expert on Food & Beverage offerings, hotel facilities, and services.
- Deliver Whatever/Whenever service, personalizing guest interactions to create memorable experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure thorough preparation for shifts, including Mise en Place.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with loud music.
- Collaborate and be flexible in working with other departments.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Prioritize guest needs in all tasks, undertaking any necessary action to create an unforgettable experience.
Requirements
